MLS Cutie Mark Series: Lene Nezumi

Practice, practice, practice.  I'm not as happy with this piece as I was with Jade Verdi's Cutie Mark (although stars are a PAIN to draw by hand), as my collection of colored pencils didn't have a lot of the colors that I really needed to pull this off to the fullest extent that I know I can.

Lessons that were taken from this drawing:

I don't need to press as hard when drawing guiding lines.  Not sue if it was an effect of the pencil or my lack of technique, but I was a lot happier that I didn't leave as many indications as to where I got my angles for the diamond and parallelogram (isn't that a weird word to look at?)
VINYL ERASERS ARE BOSS.  I AM NEVER USING A PINK ERASER AGAIN.  THEY ARE RUBBISH! (and are thereby sentenced to 10 years dungeon.)

Looking forward to using a tablet, which you don't need to sharpen and wonder if that specific color is in the box! >.<
